LASSO Horse Rescue & Equine Therapy is a 501(c)3 non-profit horse rescue and is a tax-exempt public charity described in Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. ALL DONATIONS ARE CONSIDERED A CHARITABLE GIFT AND ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. 100% of the donations go towards the feeding and care of rescued equines, not limited to: hay and grain costs, veterinary costs, farrier costs, cost of special medications and supplements, and stable equipment and maintenance.

LASSO is not responsible for reporting exact use of any donation to donors unless there is a previously determined documented agreement.

Monthly donations and Horse Sponsorships donations are not considered payment of adoption fees, nor purchases of any rescue equines. Donations will not be considered as payment on outstanding balances owed to LASSO. Donations are considered a gift, and in no way indication of ownership of a horse or leadership within the LASSO organization.

If an individual decides to donate through a recurring monthly donation, or Horse Sponsorships, they are NOT entitled to visit the LASSO facilities located in La Salle, CO, and Ignacio, CO. Donors must contact LASSO and have a documented agreement to visit LASSO operations and events (when not public).

The recurring monthly donation will take place on the donors specified date, and will continue through auto-renewal each month until the donor notifies LASSO through emailing a written request to cancel, or through managing their LASSO donor account online. Cancelations can take up to 3-5 business days to process.

The electronic payment system on the LASSO website is through Stripe, and the donor will incur _____ fee when completing a donation transaction. This money is charged to the card holder and added on to their donation.

By agreeing to these terms and conditions, LASSO is relieved of any liability related to monthly donation contributions, as well as any refunding of money donated prior to cancelation of monthly renewal.
